Hehe. That netblock is assigned to China, so I think it's pretty clear that it was chosen randomly for the mailbox. Cute.

Ah, China.

I realized later that it's probably a shared mailbox for four parking lots nearby, those are the street numbers. But knowing that just ruins the fun, doesn't it?
